Provides students with a positive and wholesome training program in that important transitional time between the school day and the evening at home. As well as learning “TAE KWON DO”, students are being trained to respect themselves and others, exercise self-control, develop self-pride, care for fellow students, respect their parents, teachers, school and all others in the community and it is fun, fun fun!

Directed by Grandmaster Jon Stephens of Free Spirit LLC and his staff of training instructors, this program sets out to help students improve sports and school performance while developing social skills. Parents are welcome and encouraged to register as well.
