Qigong

Qigong is the ancient Chinese practice of cultivating and harmonizing energy. It is used to increase the body’s innate capacity to heal. The is done by the 4 practices of meditation, breathwork, movement and self-massage. This practice is for all ages and abilities and can be performed sitting or standing.
