This class is perfect for artists of all skill ranges and is fun to take with your friends. All supplies and step-by-step instructions will be provided. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

You are simply allowing yourself to make whatever marks you feel like in the moment without concern for the end result. It's about the process, not the outcome. You will learn mindful art practices that promote relaxation, stress relief, and an increased sense of well-being. These are simple exercises anyone can do regardless of skill level.
